Chemistry - Strengths and Achievements

STRENGTHS OF THE DEPARTMENT:

• Highly Qualified, Experienced, Learned and Committed faculty served the department.
• Dr B. Madhav  qualified for CSIR-NET (JRF&SRF) and did Ph.D work in IICT-Hyderabad.
• Three Research scholars are presently working under the guidance of Dr B. Madhav who is a Research Guide recognised by Adikavi Nannaya University
• Dr.Eranki.S.R.S.Sarma, worked as faculty from Oct 2021- Aug 2023 –Completed Ph.D
• Bhukya. Bhadru,worked as faculty during 2018-19 - qualified UGC NET. 
• Faculty participated and given paper presentations in various Symposiums/Conferences/ Seminars/Workshops
• maintaining Departmental Library
• Facilitate the Guest lectures by eminent faculties
• Remedial classes for slow learners
• Faculty acted as Master Trainer on Internship Orientation Program.
• Students attended to Field visits at different industries.
• Every final year student submit the Project work report
• Active participation in Enrichment programs like seminars, workshops, Guest lecturers etc.  by staff and students

• Content Generators  for Learning Management System (LMS).
• Two Research publications
• Major contribution in JKC job recruitments
• Students & staff of department participate in the Community Service program like Medical camp,
• Plantation program, AIDS awareness, Swachh Bharat,Vanam –Manam,etc.With the help of college NSS Unit.
